But b<\/span>ased on our experience, delivery operation (out for delivery) does not follow the same operating hours as their walk-in counter service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In\u00a0<\/span><\/b>certain circumstances<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Pos\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Laju<\/span><\/b>\u00a0does deliver on weekends to residential address<\/span><\/b>es<\/span><\/b>\u00a0even if<\/span><\/b>\u00a0their counter service nearby is closed.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This depends on other factors such as whether they have enough people to cover<\/span>, where the recipient address is<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>during high volume season.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Also take note that Sunday is a working day in\u00a0<\/span>Kedah, Johor, Kelantan and Terengganu.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pos\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Laju<\/span><\/b>\u00a0operating hours for sender<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you<\/span>\u00a0want to send something via Pos\u00a0<\/span>Laju<\/span>, you will need to go to the Post Office or Pos\u00a0<\/span>Laju<\/span>\u00a0c<\/span>ounter<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Make sure to check the operating hours\u00a0<\/span>for that particular branch\u00a0<\/span>before heading there.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also purchase Pos\u00a0<\/span>Laju<\/span>\u00a0online\u00a0<\/span>and print out the consignment note via Delyva.com.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Every item sent via Pos\u00a0<\/span>Laju<\/span>\u00a0has a tracking number. This is for you\u00a0<\/span>trace the\u00a0<\/span>item and see the\u00a0<\/span>delivery status of the item<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Input the number in\u00a0<\/span>Pos Laju Tracking<\/span><\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>trace the parcel<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are the sender, communicate with the recipient and provide\u00a0<\/span>the tracking number to them.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If Pos\u00a0<\/span>Laju<\/span>\u00a0is purchased through Delyva.com, the recipient will automatically get notified via email.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The recipient will also get an email when it is out for delivery so that they can prepare.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What to do if not at home<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

In some cases, you or the recipient might not be at home or at the address\u00a0<\/span>when item is out for delivery.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery person will usually try to get in touch with you via the contact number on the shipping label. That is why it is important to put in\u00a0<\/span>a phone number with the recipient address.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If they are not able to get in touch with the recipient, they will mark it as failed delivery and will either leave a notice (call card) or re<\/span>attempt delivery the following working day.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What to do if you receive a notice\/call card<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you are expecting parcels but not at home to receive it, check for any notice or call card the delivery person might<\/span>\u2019ve left you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you received a notice, check the instructions on what to do next. They will usually ask you to collect the item at the stated\u00a0<\/span>Pos\u00a0Laju\u00a0C<\/span>enter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
